Growing up in Dhaka, Bangladesh, the founder was immersed in the world of apparel manufacturing. After joining the industry post-college, an opportunity quickly became clear: customer service needed significant improvement. Determined to make a change, a factory was purchased, and Leomsourcing was launched with a focus on prioritizing client needs above all else.

What began with a single client soon expanded into a global portfolio, providing core styles for renowned apparel brands. A pivotal conversation with a major client sparked a breakthrough: while the styles were basic, the quality could be elevated to surpass expectations. Inspired by this insight, Leomsourcing became dedicated to crafting simple styles with extraordinary quality and attention to detail, like adding a little “salt” to make a favorite meal exceptional.

After a decade of success, a bold leap was taken: selling the factories and relocating to Columbus, Ohio, to be closer to clients. Balancing an MBA program by night and building the business by day, the founder graduated with honors and established a thriving global operation.

Today, the U.S. office leads strategy and client collaboration, while an expert manufacturing team in Bangladesh delivers world-class apparel with unmatched precision and value. Through it all, the foundation remains unwavering: exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do.
